MyTECHWIZ LLC – Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Binding Agreement
By engaging MyTECHWIZ LLC (“Company”) for computer repairs and upgrades, the Client agrees to a legally binding agreement for services at the quoted rate. Cancellations after service initiation or refusal to pay per the agreed terms may result in forfeiture of deposits and additional fees.
2. Limited Warranty
MyTECHWIZ LLC offers a 30-day limited warranty on labor for services rendered. Any claims must be reported within 30 days of completing the service. Certain parts may come with manufacturer warranties, which will be disclosed at purchase. The Company does not guarantee client-supplied parts or components.
3. Client Responsibilities – Power & Connectivity
Clients must provide safe, uninterrupted access to power, internet, and relevant systems during on-site or remote service. Delays or additional service fees may apply if these are unavailable or unstable.
4. Data Responsibility
Clients must back up all data before using the service. MyTECHWIZ LLC is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or inaccessibility that occurs during service. Data recovery services can be provided at an extra cost, but their success is not guaranteed.
5. Software Licensing Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all installed software is legally licensed. MyTECHWIZ LLC will not install, support, or troubleshoot pirated, expired, or unauthorized software. Violations may result in immediate termination of service.
6. Workplace Safety
Clients agree to maintain a clean, accessible, and hazard-free work environment. Children, pets, and unauthorized individuals must be kept away from the work area. Unsafe environments may result in service rescheduling or cancellation with applicable fees.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments beyond 15 days will incur a 5% monthly finance charge. MyTECHWIZ LLC reserves the right to recover collection costs for delinquent accounts.
8. Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a service call fee. Scheduling may be affected by emergencies or unforeseen delays, which will be communicated promptly.
9. Hardware Handling
Clients are responsible for providing access to hardware or relocating equipment as needed. MyTECHWIZ LLC assumes no liability for damage during the handling of third-party hardware. Fees may apply for disassembly, cable management, or setup.
10. Service Limitations
Some technical issues—such as hardware degradation, malware re-infection, or operating system corruption—may not be resolved in a single visit. Clients will be informed of limitations and advised of any follow-up service needs or associated fees.
11. Remote Support Access
Remote services are delivered via secure platforms (e.g., Zoho Assist). Clients must initiate or approve remote access. MyTECHWIZ LLC is not responsible for unauthorized changes or user actions outside the support session.
12. Abandoned Devices
Devices left at MyTECHWIZ LLC’s facility for more than 30 days beyond service completion without communication will be considered abandoned. The Company reserves the right to recycle, donate, or dispose of such items at its discretion.
13. Privacy & Confidentiality
MyTECHWIZ LLC treats all client data and access credentials with the highest confidentiality. No data is sold or shared. Access is strictly limited to what is necessary to perform the agreed services.
14. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MyTECHWIZ LLC, its agents, employees, or subcontractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. MyTECHWIZ LLC’s total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service rendered.
15. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyTECHWIZ LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from the Client’s misuse of equipment, software, or services, violation of applicable laws, or breach of these terms.
16. Force Majeure
MyTECHWIZ LLC shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, labor disputes, internet service disruptions, or government actions.
17. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these terms or services rendered shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not achieved, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Ohio. The Client agrees that the exclusive venue for any legal action shall be the courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
18. No Guarantee of Results
While MyTECHWIZ LLC strives to resolve all issues, we make no guarantee that every problem will be solved or that services will achieve the Client’s intended outcome, especially in cases involving outdated or unstable systems, malware infections, or third-party software dependencies.
